There's a JJ Fish & Chicken on Univesity near Snelling (right across the street from AxMan Surplus!). I propose that some kind of write-down goes in there. Who's with me!? I'll contact the establishment to ensure that it's cool if I see any kind of support for this idea.
Also, I would be completely down for finding the dirtiest, dingiest restaurant in the Twin Cities and having a write-off there. JJ Fish & Chicken doesn't quite fit that description. Maybe a MacDonald's? Also, the Midway Shopping Center has a little hallway that leads from the north side parking lot to the south side parking lot and I am fairly certain there are power outlets. No chairs or tables, just hard and unforgiving floors. But maybe someone could bring one of those small cooking pads and we could have a cooking pad cook off in between word wars. Or just use it to make cheap hot chocolate using cheap ingredients from one of the nearby cheap grocery stores.

I would be interested in this and know at least one other person who would.

Samuel. Did you know your username is T Samuel backwards? Or is it just the letter positions within the name that were changed so it's Samuel T?
Anyway, let's organize something. I would be interested in a Sunday afternoon or maybe a Saturday around noon. But really, any day during the week after 5pm and any time during weekends would work. Except Saturday, one of my friends wants me to see his band practice in the afternoon.

I still morn the loss of my beloved J&J Fish that was across from Maplewood Mall, right near my house. They had simply the best Gyros this side of Bill's Pizza in Northfield (Current Oles, please tell me that's still there).
I honestly haven't had any interest in the write-ins, not seeing the appeal. But J&Js could change my mind...
