Okay, semi-serious answer, you need to use jedi mind tricks on yourself to increase concentration, you know like wave your fingers in front of your face saying things like 'this is the novel you were looking for' and 'you will not look at the internet', failing that just promise yourself that you can look at that link when you've completed the next hundred words or something.
