Whew, I'm safe.

That strike through thing is a good idea, leaves the words in, but you can feel like you deleted them to keep inner editor happy too ;)

Well, I had to quit before I got there, due to fatigue and ... no, just fatigue. But I think I can make it up today. I'm setting myself a daily goal of at least 2k for the rest of the week (ie, until the 15th, when we'll need the 25k, of course).

I'm off to have another cup of tea. That first one was nice, but somehow one of my eyes still hasn't opened fully and I suspect it's from lack of caffeine. This going to bed at midnight and getting woken at 4.30 just isn't doing it for me. *yawn*

Hmm, I think I'm alright. But I still want to write at least 5k today. I doubt it will happen, considering I was up till 2.45am reading a certain ML's book!!!! I feel like a zombie, and I can't seem to find the right keys when typing . . . oih. It's gonna be a long day.

Gah, I'm spread too thin!

I wonder if anyone at work would notice if I hid in the back room and ignored the customers...

I'm not sure if I should congratulate you, as a fellow West Aussie, or give you the evil eye, because you are a South Perthian, and not a North Perthian. hehe.

There I have done my fair portion for the last week. I can sleep the sleep of the writer who has written her ration of words.
I can understand the the rush to get it done dear South Perthian (Hillsman) but I also have a life and am content to do my part at the proper pace.
(seriously though that is an amazing effort well done)

Wow, I'm envious to see so many people with such high wordcounts. :) Though I've been content to make sure that I'm at least a little bit ahead of the daily goal each day. Been managing it so far, but there's a long way to go yet! :P

And now I have to see whether my MCs will shut up long enough to let me get some sleep before my 7am wake-up call for a job interview...

Well i'm east of Perth so that makes me borderline. A fence sitter perhaps? Why do we have to be split up anyway?

ok come here to skite! LOL. I've done it, I've hit 50k in only 9 days.

well truth be told I have written 50k in 7 days before but that was in September which doesn;t really count does it? wish it did.
ok enough of the babbling. I am just excited.

I just want to say if a dumb bunny like me can do this anyone can. keep going don't, give up, and don't stress over silly things like spelling too much.

good luck everyone!

Oh, dear. My only excuse is that at the moment I am exam-marking and doing a phd.

I have a lot of catching up to do. It would be easier if I didn't need to sleep at all!

Aw, nuts.

I've gone and shot myself in the foot. Bought a new graphics tablet which I've been playing with. Haven't written a word in two days.

Why do I sabotage myself like this? *slaps forehead*
