Hmmm. Did you have trouble? I had none at all -- up and running in about an hour. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with it, I can say that Windows 7 has been fantastic for me so far. Of course, I didn't do the upgrade during NaNoWriMo, so, that may be part of it!

We installed a new and **faster** modem and I was just a wee bit huffy during the installation process (what if, what if, what IF it doesn't work and I can't write today??).
