As it is ML appreciation day, I thought it would be nice for us all to write little thank yous in the forums. I hope that everyone can stop by to share a little thanks to our wonderful ML's.

Personally, I want to send a great thank you to all the Tucson MLs of this year and last. You are the people that make this locally possible, and we appreciate every bit of your hard work. You inspire us all, or at least me, to someday strive to help right along with you.
Of course, you guys also have the canny ability of making madness look like the best thing in the world. So here's a giant thank you to all of you <3

now to a more recent note, thank you ThorinLight for organizing all the get togethers and write offs >u<~
You made both the party, and the midnight dash quite memorable. I wish you luck in your adventures in NaNoLand ~

thank you, and sincerely
Sayeh

Just wanted to thank our ML for great information, support, and gentle nudges to keep going!
I'm not sure if I'll get to any of the write-outs but thanks to the ML for arranging such a lot of choices. Sounds like it could be fun, so maybe I will crawl out of my shell and show up one day!
Again - thanks for being there. Consider yourself well-hugged today.

I wanted to say thank you to ThorinLight for all the hard work and the supportive, encouraging e-mails. I prefer to write on my own, and don't do much more than lurk on the forums, but I do appreciate the periodic e-mails, and knowing that should I change my mind, many wonderful events have been planned. Plus, knowing that the write-ins are happening creates a sense of local collective energy that is great. I can't imagine all the effort that must go into being an ML, and writing a novel on top of that? Amazing. So thanks for all you do to keep us all writing during this fantastic month.

I feel the exact same: more productive writing on my own, but love that there is a huge group of us in Tucson that are in this together. Thanks, Kimi (aka TuesdaysWithMax)
P.S. I'm also way behind in word count. This is my first year and with school and work I will probably not earn a certificate of completion but just happy to be trying. There's always a first time, heh?

Thank you all very much for the love! This year hasn't been as stressful as I originally thought because I've had so much help and love from all of you! I also want to show mad love for our ML Emeritus midwinter for showing us the way for so many years! I hope she is enjoying her retirement, it was well earned! :D

thanks for everything you do, thorinlight! i won't be coming to write-ins, i'm kind of tied to my trusty desktop - don' t have a laptop and hate writing by hand - but i appreciate the motivational e-mails and all the care you put in to this. thank you!

Happy ML Appreciation Day! I want to thank our wonderful ML (and all past MLs and any of their secret agents working behind the scenes). Your e-mails have kept me pushing on because I remember I have not persisted in this year after year for myself alone but for all of Tucson! (okay, actually it's more that I remember I am not alone in my insanity, but it ends up the same). In addition, the marbles in the goody bag have saved me more than once and I now keep one in my purse just in case. You rock, and you deserve chocolate and hugs (but not hugs by people with sticky chococlatey fingers, that is not a good combination).

Let me know where and I will try to come. I got behind with unexpected out of town company and now am ttying to catch up on my loss. If I am caught up, I will feel more like celebrating.
