Flat Stanley has been visiting our fair city, via my family, so we showed him around today. It's always fun to see Spokane from a tourist's perspective!
My challenge for all of you for this week is this: Go out and enjoy this city as if for the first time. Visit all those places only "first-timers" go to. See stuff you haven't seen since you first moved here. Or since you were a kid. Whichever applies. Above all else...have fun! Oh...and write! :) |

I did that last June :) At least some of it... "Be a tourist in your own city". I told everybody that really were tourists that that's what I was doing, and maybe I started a trend. A number of them said they would go home and do the same thing. It's fun but... brrrrrrrrr!!! It's cold right now :(
