Synopsis: Pure as Snow (Working Title)

A dark fantasy tale inspired by the fairy tale of Snow White, where the princess isn't pure as snow.

Gaëlle's mother cast a spell to pass all of her knowledge and powers onto her unborn daughter, knowing that she wouldn't survive giving birth. Her intentions were good, but you know what they say about good intentions.

Gaëlle, growing up with that power and a natural curiosity, quickly becomes enveloped in the darker side of magic. Beautiful and charming, she deceives almost everyone into thinking she's an innocent. All but her new stepmother, a lovely foreigner who knows just as much about the craft as Gaëlle and sees the girl for what she is.

What ensues is a tale of magic, good and evil that's not entirely black and white, banishment and intrigue.
