Brief Author Bio:

I was over at a friend's home, and he was showing me this cool online space-trader RPG of sorts. It looked awesome and I had to play. So as soon as I got in front of Google I searched for 'space RPG'. While I never found my friend's game, I was introduced into the world of play by email role playing games.

PBEM games made writing fun again, and I spent eight years running around ships, distant worlds and going from noob to Admiral in multiple fleets. A podcast called I Should Be Writing, helped me see there was so much more, and introduced me to NaNoWriMo. In 2006 I acutally won fair and square with the book "Pictures Of The Mind" the only copy of which is still sitting on my shelf (thank you lulu.com!)

Novemeber of 2007 meant week long trip to Disney World, and so NaNo was out that year. This year, having spent all my money at Disney World, I am free of distraction.
