Non-noveling interests: The wonderful boy/man who is my talented and loving husband. Hiking, exploring new cities, movies (especially really good, intricately plotted or suspenseful genre movies), cult television series on DVD (X-Files, Firefly), having conversations with my cat, listening to music, looking for really, really good books (the kind that leave you kind of regretful and disoriented when you finish them, as if you've been ejected from a dream that was sooooo real), anything Halloween ... and stuff.
