Federal troops have evacuated Titan with a hail of weapon fire and dead bodies in their wake after Federal assassins failed an attempt on the life of the Queen of the satellite, Alexia von Mouré.

The failed attempt sparked anti-Federal regimes in the surrounding zones to pounce upon Titan in an attempt to send a message to Federal Heads through a massacre of the assassins. However, the Federal troops opened fire, taking almost two thousand innocent lives, and injuring thousands more. The fight also resulted in the death of several anti-Federal troopers. Surprisingly, any Federalist sympathizers were spared in the onslaught.

The attack has spawned multiple uprisings on smaller and less Federal-infected satellites, including here on Pandora, and also in several of the mobile satellites within the Central Belt, namely Arcadia and Ragnarok amidst others, which started as bounty hunting havens, but have become anti-Federal safehouses. Federal units are currently covering up the uprisings, and the related mass-bombings of many of the affected areas. On Pandora, several small regimes have been completely wiped out by the bombings, but no deaths have been reported through SolNet correspondence or through the filtered and censored newscasts. Suffice to say that Federal filtering systems have been working overtime to cover up the incidents, and wipe out all evidence that they ever occurred, including any eye-witnesses and the sites of the occurrences.
Reports that have come through The Box's news filters have also been fed rumors that anyone involved that is caught is subjected to medieval-style torture until they tell everything that they know about the incidents and where leaders of anti-Federal factions such as the Widowmaker Faction's mysterious Ultima or the leader of the Black Mask, Antego.

There are also standing rumors that Ultima had an indirect hand in the anti-Federal acts on Luna and on Sol III.

A report from a Web administrator, screen-named "Spider Queen," Ultima made a statement on The Web hub:

"Federal atrocities can not be changed by attacking the lower levels of the Federal chain. However, defense of oneself against Federal interrogation and against Federal ground attacks near your home is vital to the survival of any anti-Federal action. Remember that we are civilized beings, and we must always perform as civil people as long as we can."
