Synopsis: The Mommy Letters

Sarah Hartsford has it all - she's a councilwoman in a pretty New England town, has three beautiful daughters, a hunk of a husband, and even a decent relationship with her ex-husband. But after her youngest daughter and husband go missing, her world is turned upside down. After more than a year of searching and waiting and hoping, Sarah is clinging to the remnants of her tattered life, trying to maintain her career and a normal life for her older daughters. But everything changes one late summer day when, while waiting for the girls to get home from school, Sarah checks the mail and in it is a letter that begins "Dear Mommy..."
