Synopsis: Duet
I'm aiming to write a chick lit like 50.000 word story in which two popular singers alternate telling the story of how they fell love. Aaaah *swooon*
I wanted to aim for the following things:
1. A lesbian love story;
2. for teenagers and older;
3. in the style of the subtitles of an MTV documentary;
4. winning Nanowrimo for the first time ever.
Which means that:
1. I have two female voices driving the story;
2. I use easy words and short sentences;
3. I write as if the Dutch has been translated from American; flowery language with a few too many adjectives;
4. I write like there's no tomorrow. Which might very well be true anyway.
