Brief Author Bio:

Flitted around writing for years as I wandered through various jobs, Japanese restaurant, supermarket, even owned my own bookshop for a year. Wrote poetry at first, and ended up becoming quite good at that, and having a few poems published here and there, but could never quite break the barrier into becoming a financially viable poet.

Switched to writing film scripts for a while, but with no desire to get into the film industry it was mostly just a way to exercise my mind.

In the past year I've flirted with writing comic books, but I really need to learn how to pace and frame those kind of things better.

This year, for NaNo, I'm going for a comic book again, but writing it in a different way, rather than controlling panels I'm giving it a more free style, more like a movie script with the panelling left to the artist.
