Synopsis:
Um...when my characters finally stop fighting over which plot to use, I'll let you know!
Excerpt:
Here's a little excerpt. It was fun giving a character the ability to create plot bunnies!! :D
Hannah poked Nathan’s side with her purple tail. “You may come up with some good character ideas, but they would just stand around monologuing if I didn’t come up with some interesting plot twists for them to work through.”
With a practiced flourish, she finished forming her latest cloud bunny. She lifted it until the new bunny was even with her eyes and softly whispered something to it. The bunny flicked slightly stubby ears towards her, eagerly soaking in every word. Hannah smiled and gently blew the bunny to the center of the circle.
It looked a little bit timid at first, but that was quickly forgotten as the cloud bunny changed slightly. It remained a bunny, but it’s cloudy pelt was different. At first, the pelt melted into a blur of color. Slowly, the colors separated out until blurry figures could be seen walking across the bunny’s pelt. Gradually the image sharpened and all four of them could clearly see the figures on the bunny’s pelt. Soft conversation filled the room for a moment before the images and sounds vanished completely from the bunny’s pelt.
Hannah scooped the bunny up and placed it in her lap. The bunny sighed and snuggled close. It’s eyes drifted closed as Hannah proudly stroked it’s ears. A low whistle lifted Hannah’s eyes back towards the circle.
“Hannah, that was the best plot bunny you’ve ever come up with! There’s never been sound before!” Nathan’s blue eyes shone brighter with excitement.
