Synopsis: The Bloody Long Walk
Never before has humanity faced a nightmare all too terrifying. Never before has the human condition be so pushed to the limits. Never before has human kind faced cataclysm to the brink of extinction.
When the world plunges into a zombie apocalypse, Trevor Emerson must pull all the stops in order to survive the onslaught. There is only one problem. Trevor isn't human. He's a vampire.
With his food source disappearing and his haven overrun with the (other kind of) undead. Trevor and his human companion, Emma, must journey in search of secure human settlements in the desolate and chaotic remnants of human civilization.
Faced with sunlight, human raiders, a creeping bloodlust and above all, the zombie horde on their way to the "The Fortress". Trevor has to learn to work with the very humans he has hunted as food for decades, a feat that threatens to expose his secret to an otherwise scared and paranoid crowd.
One thing is for sure, for a vampire, surviving a zombie apocalypse was never a simple stroll to begin with. In fact, it's a bloody long walk to the end and Trevor's journey is just the beginning.
Excerpt: The Bloody Long Walk
"The world didn't end with a whimper. It ended in a sea of screams, blood and torn flesh. It would have been delicious if it wasn't so sickening."
