Synopsis: Sinners (Horror, Romance, Supernatural)

Emma, 25, recently had to move back home to Dunn, after losing her job, and selling her car and share in a flat to pay off her debts.
One morning she recieves a rather strange letter, telling her that she's inherited a house from an uncle she never knew existed.

Kit is a 400 year old vampire living with a friend who took him in at a time in his long life where he needed someone to care. For years, Connor had treated the vampire more like a son than a housemate. Now, that Conner is dying, Kit is one doing the caring. With his dying breath, Connor reveals that he's left the house to someone who will no doubt treasure the vampire as much as he did. And there's also Spook, Connor's half fae hound who is more like a wraith than a proper dog, who likes to eat the fairies that live in the hawthorne bushes at the bottom of the garden.

Emma is forced to move into Connor's house, with nowhere else to live. The vampire and the girl do not speak, do not touch, do not even look each other in the eye. Emma is too busy mourning the life she once had, Kit too busy missing his friend and mudane, comfortable life.

It's only when someone from his past turns up to further shift his life out of it's familiar realm and people around them start dying, that Kit realises that he might just need someone like Emma on his side...
