Brief Author Bio:

I've wanted to do nanowrimo for a couple of years, but I kept thinking I was too busy. So I'm jumping in this year, even with everything else I need to do. I'm an English major with minors in creative writing and art history. I hope to go all the way through school to eventually earn my PhD someday and immerse myself in the academic life that I love so much. Bhwahaha.
I am married, with a 16 year old son who likes to dress in black and act mysterious, which I think is cute. My husband is also a college student, studying computer information systems. I lead a happy little life in our Wisconsin town. When not writing, working, or doing homework, I like to do quilting and research and add to our family tree.

Synopsis: Charity's Daughters

Two sisters grow up during the Depression in a small Wisconsin town, and live out their lives, taking wildly divergent paths. Lydia is the freewheeling younger sister, who lives life on the edge and usually leaves a mess for her practical-minded older sister, Sophie, to clean up. Is Sophie acting out of selfless love for her sister, or is something else motivating her?
