Brief Author Bio: My NaNo 2008 story? In the middle of the month in which I started writing later than usual (intense poll watching), my partner, while diligently going to a job interview (actually returning from one), was in a car accident. Thank God she's ok! But life's been crazy since then. At least I haven't lost what I've written. Go Google Docs. Another one bites the dust! But I actually have more hand-written material to type in that I didn't get a chance to do over the long Thanksgiving weekend--so here comes December! |

Synopsis: The Riddle of Water
An apocalyptical tale of a librarian who must decide which of our histories and works of literature should be preserved for the civilization her brothers' descendants believe they will found. The novel opens with our heroine, having lost her best friend who helped her save what books they could from the water that covers all the land they can see, beginning to recover from a debilitating depression.
