Brief Author Bio: Keb is a 3 for 3 Nanowrimo winner, with a record of over 100,000 words in 2006. She is insane enough that this year, she's going to attempt to beat that record in November. Her first "novel" was a nine-page story about an alien abducting her little brother written in the summer before 7th grade--it was the first time she realized writing could be FUN! After spending two years on the JET program teaching in Nagasaki, Keb is now tutoring at C2 Education, and encouraging her students to try Nanowrimo for themselves. She plans to totally beat her sister, Valanice, this year. |

Synopsis: Jester's Journey--Edam of Ganymede
Edam, Princess Reya's ten-year-old jester, finds himself going with the princess from his home on Ganymede to Earth. He's good at making her smile, but can he really help his princess in the scariest, strangest place he's ever been?
Excerpt: Jester's Journey--Edam of Ganymede
Edam tossed all five balls into the air, dove onto the floor in a somersault, and flipped back to his feet in time to grab one, two, three, four of them. The fifth landed with a horrible splatting sound on the stone floor of the throne room. Edam felt mortified for a moment, but then he heard his favorite sound in the whole world—the princess was laughing.
So he tossed the other four up again, took a deep bow, and let them all land around him. She laughed harder, and clapped her hands, and Edam knew he had done his duty.
