They shuffle forwards a little and stop. Shuffle and stop. The glass bay is steaming hot and holds a small collection of standards. The same stuff found in similar bays up and down the coast. A chicken dish, a fish, something in the way of meat balls and some sort of leftovers reworked. Kudos to you, culinary D.J., for your awesome remix of yesterday’s pork chops into today’s Chinese barbecue pork. Really banging. Not so appreciated by the people who were here last night and recognize it, even under a sticky sauce and with an accompany noodle and veg mash-up, but I’m not so fussy. Leftovers are good stuff, just hard to market.
