Brief Author Bio: Born in Canada, lives in Canada, this elusive creature will come out of hiding for cake and comics. Studying illustration, she spends most of her free time in geeky hobbies. Her writing is somewhat bizzare, and often involves: character snark, odd premises, fantasy elements, superpowers, teenage characters, mixed up relationships and crossdressing. She hasn't won Nano yet but she's determined this year. Like she was last year. And the year before that... |

Synopsis:
Felix Mudge picked up the wrong historical artifact, and now he can see everything. EVERYTHING. Along with his shapeshifting pet cat, a variety of c-list mythological figures, and various superpowered archaeologists, this throws Felix's life into comedic chaos.
Excerpt:
I could see the past, present, future. I could see everything in the museum, including invisible things and things that were obscured by other things, and I could see through things and into things and I could see all the colours, not just the ones that humans can, and I could see emotion and sound and all sorts of different people and ghosts and gods and nothing made sense nothing made sense they were all flickering in or out and out of sight all at once but one at a time like if you opened a hundred different windows on your computer and they were all semi-transparent and you went through them and oh god oh god nothing made sense and I had no idea what I was seeing and I could see in all directions and suddenly everything went black as I lost consciousness.
I think I woke up almost instantly. My body had instinctively reacted and made my eyesight go back to normal, almost. Lucy was licking my face, and standing above me was a tall, thin man in a suit.
His name, I would later find out, was Caleb Menzies, and he rogue member of CAWS (the Club for Archaeologist With Superpowers that I mentioned earlier). At the time, all I had was his appearance to go on. He was very cool looking. He was youngish, maybe late twenties, he wore dark-coloured glasses and his dark brunette or maybe black hair was loose and fashionable and reminded me of a shampoo ad. His face was pointed, his suit was tailored, he was remarkably untouched by dust, and he had two very strange earrings. He was also holding a very beautiful, very well made revolver, which he was pointing at my face.
