What is left after all is lost?

In the small New England community of Seaport, the ocean air hardens people to the difficult lives they lead. For the young Cassidy, life is about the fear of loss and the aftermath from the destructive qualities of alcoholism. Her mother claimed her life when she was diagnosed with cancer; alcohol and the ocean claimed her father's life 11 tormented years later, leaving Cassidy with a brother that had given up escaping his fate.

It is up to Cassidy to hold on to the memories of what once was and the dreams of what could have been before she becomes trapped in the life that consumed her father and will soon consume her brother.
