Brief Author Bio: My Nano-history isn't all that great... In fact, I barely ever got started! My 2005 novel has a great plot, which I'm keeping in mind to work out sometime in my life (maybe, sometime, ever). I wrote about 7000 words for that one, but my outline is pretty much finished. My 2007 was -insert random swear word here-. Period! I never got any further than one day... This year, I'm hoping to actually get somewhere :-) Let's start by starting, and aim for a solid 25-30K... At least. I had a leftover idea from 2007, which turns out great, because it'll probably work out better this year ;-) |

Synopsis: I inherited a what!? (work title)
Jocelyn is 31, the successful CEO of her own business profiling company and a bitch hard to get along with. She works hard and invests her spare time in writing a book, which means she won't stand any frivolities or other nonsense. Or like the secretary says when she directs a PI to Josie's holy and not-to-be-disturbed lunch hour coffee shop: "It's not like she has a real life..."
So what happens when, mostly against her will, she's thrown into the adventure of a lifetime? With the mysterious envelope willed to her by a long lost great aunt, the meddling of her adoptive mother and a hyperactive companion, watch as Josie's life is turned upside down. And inside out!
