Can anyone help me with this.
My story is character driven. The MC who has OCD and compulsively tries to acquire all knowledge but becomes insane himself. I can't categorize it.

The genre is going to depend less on the character, and more so on the question of:

What is the exact problem? vs. What does the MC do to fix or deal with it?

Is it a psychological adventure? Or does it become a Mystery or Adventure series of events? Try and consider the plot twists and turns to pin down the genre on this one.

Well actually there is no proble, rather the MC is obsessed with knowledge and finally loses his sanity. I am Guessing pSychological adventure might define it clearly. Thanks Anyway
