And here we are again!

This is our second year as Thailand Region (officially recognised by Nanowrimo) and I hope we will be writing lots and lots and lots again.

Our group has been steadily growing and friendships have been formed around it.

Because of our experience in the last two years I suggest we stick to our very popular electronic write-ins.

I propose the first one for midnight 1 November, start on the dot of midnight. We are promised that the wordcount upload will work this year from the word go!!! Meet me on msm messenger, my email address is wildfire186@hotmail.com.

When I first did this in 2006, it was a life changing experience for me. I wrote the first draft of a book that I finished later in 2007 and I never looked back....

So I know it's worth it but I also know it's not easy, at least not for me. The support of the group and the write-ins were very important for me. And inspiring!

Chiang Mai Wrimos?

Anybody in Chiang Mai planning on doing Nanowrimo this year? I'm a two time contestant with one finish to my name. I'm interested in getting together with other writers ahead of Nov to get some feedback on my novel outline. I've recently finished my MFA in fiction and I've taught fiction workshops. I'm happy to work with other wrimos and offer high quality feedback.
