Hey guys, gals, and, um, others.
Appetite was suggested as a good place for novel-friendly banter, food, drinking for those that want it, and general chillout-iness.
Sounds pretty good to me, so I'm going to get in touch with them sometime in the next few days and see what they think of a bunch of random anti-literary-ists turning up and bashing out novels at far too many times the reccomended rate.
If they're cool, and friendly, then I suggest we have a weekly write in there.
Just out of curiosity... How many people are interested in attending... ???? We should possibly try to give an estimate of how many might turn up.
Thankee for the help...

I'll drop round there this morning to warn 'em you'll be calling. The cafe's just changed hands - former front-of-house guy Tom's gone back to working in London, and the chef has taken over, with the aim of keeping and extending the same great feel of the place - catch is that I've forgotten his name... :-)
They're open Tues-Sun day-time, and I think only Fri-Sat evenings, though they do other evenings by arrangement. One evening-session I know about is for a monthly book-club - I'll prod 'em on that, some of them they may be interested in NaNo-ing as well.
Oh, and add me to the 'interested in attending' list - as long as it doesn't interfere too much with novel-bashing... :-)
