Well the header says it all. Are there any other NaNoWriMo's in the Monroe area? :)

In the Monroe county area, do you mean? Because yes, unfortunatly, I'm stuck in Backwoods, Wisconsin in Monroe County. It's so cold here. D:

lol. Actually I didn't realize that there was a Monroe county. I'm in south central Wisconsin (in the town of Monroe). I have lived outside of a town (in the country) for a time in the past though. The neighbors across the road had taken out some trees long before we moved there, and every spring when the snow thawed we'd get a river coming through our under road culvert and straight across the lawn. We were down in a valley area between two hills too and at least once when my ride to work came for me he almost couldn't get his vehicle back out because there was an inch of ice on the road.

Hi Sandy,
Sorry I didn't reply back sooner. I havn't gotten to this forum board that often. Well we could see about meeting up at the public library sometime this week for a start. I'm writing on my laptop and they have wireless access (and places to plug powercords in) available there. Plus a person can easily get access to a good bit of information (as needed) there of course. :) That is assuming you are talking about Monroe the town and not Monroe the county. (I'm mostly on foot as far as getting places). lol.

Figured it woudn't hurt to get this thread up and running again a few (8) weeks early. Good luck to any other NaNoWriMo's in the Green Co. area this year.
