I am still trying to figure out where my story is going (I guess I will continue to do so until week 3). I need some prompts!

For a plot: Find the plot ninjas. I know xenachick has them, maybe she'll make a web version.

For everything else: If you google search "writing exercises" you can find tons of prompts.
