So... I just trashed my mere 3147 words... it really wasn't going anywhere.
And I started again! *glee*
1717 and going strong...

Anyone else this far behind and still think they can make it?

Good luck with the fresh start... I'm still behind on my original idea & have no new ones to assist me.

Oooo I'm restarting too!

I decided not to continue with my supernatural-esque horror and move on to ZOMBIES.

I dunno how it's gonna go!

I stopped for a while and have resumed. It was 6 000 words for quite a while, now 11 500 and still going. Huzzah!

I've trashed my 7000 words 'cause it was exceptionally terrible & as are all the ideas that are replacing it. Another NaNo successfully failed *applauds*

Well, I just finished my last bit of one chapter, pushed the old word count thingermajiggy... and WOOHOO! Done!

But this is by no means the end of my novel... I was really surprised in the direction that it took at times (a Romantic Human Sacrifice scene was a highlight.

13000 words in the last three days so I can go on my darned hoilday without having to worry about writing for the rest of the month.
