Since no one else has stated the obvious, I will. It's SNOWING!!! That's a really good thing for novel writing. It sure has helped my WC. I saw a national map this morning and the whole country looked clear except for a big white blob directly over NM. Yay! It's pretty unusual to see snow in ABQ (at least in the N Valley) and the timing is great. So, forget shopping -- let's stay in and write! In fact, if you need a break come here and add something about why you like writing while it's snowing.
It's peaceful and unlike when it's 75 degrees in November (as it was last week), this makes me feel like hunkering down and writing. Anyone up for a Word War?? Brew some coffee and write on...

Currently up in the cabin near Heron Lake, and I have to agree that watching the snow is good for the wordcount. I'd been behind for two weeks, but today I caught up.
We got about six inches, and then the sun came out, and everything was all pretty.

*sigh* I really miss the snow, there. Such a peaceful thing, and so good for word count.

Storm, you should be able to conjur up some ;) That white blob was heading your way. The sun is out here now, in ABQ and nothing really "stuck." But, we had big, fluffy flakes yesterday -- perfect for writing! How's your group in Austin? We're ready to think TGIO thoughts, next. YIKES! Great to hear from you! *** ZW
