i finished!!!!! XD I DID IT! I mean... yeah I am surprised, I have tried to do NaNoWriMo so many times since i was like... 15 and now here I am.. a little older, a little wiser (i think) and though i failed so many times, I have finally succeeded... and you know what, it feels great!

When I started out this year I didnt have a couple of the things I had in past years. For one thing, unlike last year; my dear girlfriend did not do NaNoWriMo even though i begged and pleaded and begged and pleaded, she still did not do it, so then on the first of the month I opened up a word document and i started tapping away.

The second thing I didnt have in previous years that I had this year was my laptop. I love it *hugs it* i was able to write just about all the time, at home and at work and I have to tell you I could not be happier about the flexibility surrounding my laptop...

Anyway, I am on cloud nine at the moment, I have finally, after so many attempts, completed NaNoWriMo for the first time. Am I pleased with myself? Hell Yeah! That might now sound modest, but I am.

Much pleased!

Congrats to everyone else who is or will finish, and to anyone who didnt, keep at it, remember there is always next year, and the year after... and the year after that....

I did it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This month has been officially the worst in my life, regarding work and outside committments. I think I said 'Never again' about three times a night since I began.

Novel wise it didn't work out. My character who was supposed to weave her way through a group of short stories, novel in progresses while learning to cook, didn't quite pan out.

It's more a collection of Fan fics, short stories, a bloody good outline for a novel I've been wanting to begin and tonight I added two childrens books that I've been wanting to finish for ages....well start...Now I have a teen book series that began about ten years ago, so despite the novel having no novel type relation I have really achieved something massive for myself.

Three projects that will be well worth persuing over the next twelve months.

I feel so good....despite it not being a 'proper' novel to my way of thinking.
