Congratulations to everyone for surviving November! For me, it was just the beginning of my novel and at this moment I'm sitting at Panera in Westbrook getting ready to pick up where I left off and continue the story, as there's so much more to tell.

If you started a story that you haven't finished yet, but you've fallen in love with it, I encourage you to continue writing it--get it told. There's still plenty of support to be gotten and given here and through the Nano Maine yahoo group.

I would also strongly encourage those write-ins that got started in November to keep going. There's nothing like a weekly write-in to prompt you to keep at it.

I'm in the same boat - I'm not nearly finished. I came to a point where, technically, I could stop writing, but I find that I keep thinking of what can happen next, so I'm compelled to keep on keeping on :)

I never could attend any of the scheduled write-ins during November - my schedule just wouldn't allow it. But maybe I can make it to one of the year-round ones sometime. I'd love to get out and meet some fellow NaNoers (or NonNaNoers now, as the case may be).

*crowd of villagers from Monty Python and the Holy Grail* Huzzah!

Yeah, I'm laying my novel to rest (at least for now) but I have a new project, so I won't be rusty should I participate again next year.

As for write-ins, I don't have a license so I can't get anywhere far, but if anyone in the area of Lincoln would want to meet up at the town library to scare people with our uber writing geek talk, feel free to nudge me :P
