Flickguy and I checked the numbers and this is the result and since Caeraerie made it so nicely, we're using it to present to all.

Flickguy and I would like to thank ALL of our challengers and your dedication to your craft.

Hey, now the Lushguins and Team Maryland both have a win...ya know we've gotta do this next year too!

Smiles to all and Happy December!

May I be the first Lushguin to come to Crab territory and congratulate y'all on a well-deserved and hard-earned victory?

Because really... you folks cranked it up a couple of notches! You did a GREAT job.

I'd offer you some wine, but our Lushes drank it all. Snapper?

Hearty congrats,
flickguy

Thank you, flickguy - ditto! I know I really pushed hard this year and did about 23K more than ever! Guess I was inspired *wink*. Thanks for being such awesome competitors and friends.

Carol, your organization of the Challenge, including the set-up, rules, threads, emails, tallies - all amazing. Thank you for all your hard work and sacrifice that enables us to do this crazy challenge in the middle of a crazy month!

Caeraerie - thank you not just for your copious words, but you helpful posts, setting up the dare, creating the random generator, and the tech number stuff you did for the Challenge!

Thanks to everyone who participated and gave it their all! Fun to win this one, and I think many of us were extra motivated this year, for whatever reasons. Me, I'd like to write seriously, earn an income, buy a cool house (well, the cool house I procrastinated to go see got sold, but there will be others!).

Best wishes all!

Lee (enjoying our achievement!)

Caeraerie - Let's you and I take on the world next year. (O.K. I am kidding I really am going to work on quality next year. *snicker*

Onward to a bright year, hope everyone has a great holiday, and a wonderful new year if I don't see you on the boards.

Maybe I need to figure out how to make a crushguins forum....

HA! Anyway! Onward to next year!

See you in the funny papers.

Thanks for the fun, see you again in November.

Yeah Crabs!! Thank you guys for another great NaNovember.

I salute you with my knitting needles, which I haven't touched for a whole month. Now I gotta go finish a couple of Christmas gifts!

Until next year, Vicki

Thanks everyone for a great year; this challenge pushed me to actually finish my story when I was resigned to running out of time before I ran out of plot..

Now, may I ask what a 'Crushguin' is? They have their own, separate word count on Caeraerie's breakdown. Is that a sub-group of the Texas team?

Crushgiun is Crabs Lushes and Penguins all mashed up together.

If the three teams made one!
