I seem to have somehow ended up with plans on three out of four weekends this month.

I would therefore like to selfishly propose Saturday the 16th for the next meet - 2pm at the Round Table, as usual.
Would that work for you?

Possibly. I hate February; so many things to do, so little time...

I should be able to make that. Jane has a course of some sort.

I'm combining next week's meetup with The Great Trafalgar Square Freeze. Anyone else interested?

That's pretty awesome but I'm not sure I could freeze for five minutes like that!

I should be going up and doing the Freeze thing, so I'll probably pop in to the meet, if that's alright. =P

I see you're another Terry Pratchett fan, strangleduck. (Interesting name!) I hope to see you there :)

You can, and you will! :-D If you're coming to the NaNo meet, I'll probably drag you there anyway, and you'll have me frozen to you for the five minutes. Now, you wouldn't want that, would you?

Eek! Maybe I can't make it on Saturday after all! (Just kidding. I'll be there if I can.)

I've been thinking about starting to work on my novel again, and I'd love to come. Where is the Round Table?

The Round Table is in St. Martin's Court, which is one of the little streets off Charing Cross Road - see map.

(Directions from Leicester Square tube station: exit on to Charing Cross Road, turn left, and St. Martin's Court will be on your left just past the big theatre.)

Sorry I couldn't make it folks! I've had some problems with my medication and I'm just not up to it today. It's a shame as I really wanted to be there.

I hope you all had a good day and that I'll see you at the next one.

Thanks to everyone for making me welcome on the 16th.
I had a great time chatting with you all.
Best moment for me was when Tyrone (sillyboy) was noting down the drinks order and had got to the point where another orange juice was ordered - obviously he just added x2 next to where he had written OJ.
When a third person ordered juice, a lesser mortal would have scrubbed the two and writ a 3 (or somehow put a tail on the two to make it look like a three).
Not Tyrone - the obvious thing to do was to add x1.5 to the row.
Genius!

That really is amazing! It sounds like you all had a good time. I really wish I could have been there.

The stickers! The soft toys! The B movie figures! The drunken friends!

How could I have missed it. Oh no!
