What is a childhood without the memory of 2001 a space odyssey? March 19, 2008 he has passed.

What is it with all of these dying authors in SF&F?

Rest in Peace.

I would say there's no better tribute than to pick up the torch where Clarke and other writers left off.

A voice goes silent in the world, will some one speak up to replace it?

A last flourish ends the final chapter of someone's life, will some one begin a new chapter?

The problem is nobody does good science fiction book-to-movie translations like 2001.

Truly a tragedy. In my opinion, one of the the very few masters of sci-fi. They don't make them like him anymore.

RIP
