Depending on her age you can use the term cougar. I had heard a name for a younger woman who is on her way to become a cougar, but can't think of it at the moment.

even though enchantress, amazon, and siren are all better connotation-wise... all of them have negative meanings as well

enchantress implies beautiful witch, as dangerous and ill tempered as she is beautiful. they are usually the villains with magical powers, but happen to be beautiful

amazons were notorious for not liking men... amazon is used now to describe a tall, slightly muscular woman that is very beautiful, but historically amazons lived in all women tribes. every year the women would go into a neighboring village and get pregnant. All male children would be killed or fostered out... all females were kept.

and of course, sirens are most well known for their part in the Oddessy, and they were very dangerous and something to be feared.

I think you might be looking for goddess ;) powerful in their own right... beautiful... magical. goddess
