Welcome one and all!
The count down to November has officially begun.
The closer we get, the more excited I get. Plot lines are tumbling through my brain a mile a minute. At the moment, I don't have a clue which story line I'll be exploring this year. Last year I embraced Chris' "No Plot, No Problem" motto. I began the month without a clue and bravely forged ahead. If I can do it and survive...
I look forward to getting to know everyone better. (besides our tight Ft.Smith/Fayetteville group) and reading your posts. If anyone, regardless of region, has any questions feel free to send me a PM or email. I'll do my best to answer your query. If I don't know the answer, I'll direct you to someone who can.
Welcome back! I have a feeling this is going to be a banner year!

Ooo... Bright shiny new forum! Welcome back to you too, Shay! LOL
Looks like I'll have a lot more writing time this year. The Evil Day Job ends next Friday and I'm taking some time off to work on a couple of novels. We'll see how long I can last without an Evil Day Job!

It is bright and shiny!
Good luck with the novels and surviving without a day job. I took a lay off at the beginning of the year to work on edits. My brain froze with limitless time to write. I found I write better with an evil day job. LOL!

Thanks, Shay. I have two novels started and several novella ideas waiting in the wings. I want to finish at least one of the novels and one of the novellas before NaNo starts. I also want to work up a proposal for my NaNo novel and get it submitted before Nov 1st. Lots of stuff! Must concentrate! LOL

Hey everyone. I'm Evelyn, I am the one that joined the group at Sweet Bay this past Saturday. It was great to meet everyone there and I really enjoyed being there. Like I said then, this is my first nano challenge. Thanks to everyone for being so sweet.

Shhhh! Don't tell anyone! It's just suppose to be the MLs poking around, testing the website before the WriMos arrive.
It was great meeting you too. We are a crazy bunch of writers. I hope we didn't scare you away with our Box'O'Doom!
Hope to see you Tuesday!

Hey, everyone! It's so great to be back - almost like coming home again! I look forward to this year's NaNo. Oh, how I've missed it. This year is going to be fabulous and we are going to have a blast!

Dang. I wish that I lived closer to Fayetteville or Fort Smith. It'd be amazing! But no. I'm over in NE and there's a sad lack of NaNo-ers over here.
But it's good to be back!

I just PM'd someone who is applying to be a ML in your area. I'm sure there will be events scheduled close by. :)

Maybe more people will come out of the woodwork. It was me and two other people for three years. Last year was the first time we had a nice sized group. I hope more people show up this year.
You're welcome to attend any of our events if you don't mind making the drive. :)

*waves* Hi, Raethin! I'm in Central AR. Last year they had a few meetings and I attended one. Feel free to Buddy List me if you want to.
Hello to everyone else. I am sooo pumped this year! I hope and pray I will be able to participate. I am actually plotting something ahead of time - woo-hoo!
And I've been hitting several forums, including a couple local ones, trying to drum up interest so I'll have plenty of folks to spur on my word count and (Lord willing) be encouraged by my buddy mails to 'em.
Bonne chance á tout le monde! (Good luck everyone)

Lisa from Sheridan, here... I did NaNo last year, but didn't get to attend any events. Hopefully, there will be something in the vicinity this year! I've already warn off letters on my laptop keyboard in anticipation of this year's event. ;-)

Nano! Cheers! Huzzah! Jolly good! Pip pip!
...Okay I'll stop now.
Anyway, it's just me, Sam. Plaid #2. Or #1, depending on how you number things. ;)
I'm sitting on zero ideas and a half-baked thought from last year of doing a CYOA. And I'm rather overly busy this year. We shall see how it goes.
