Hi! I'm Catherine, a Sophomore at George Washington this year, and was wondering if any other Colonials (and no, that's not where my username came from) were joining me in the frantic, idiotic pursuit of NaNo!
I'd love to see our group of GW NaNoers try to form more of a community this year....try to organize some write-ins, a kickoff/TGIO party, general bonding, things like that. There are a few people I know who are already interested in doing some stuff like that, and if you are too, post on this forum, send me a PM, join the "NaNoWriMo: GW Chapter" facebook group, and we'll try to throw together some sort of pre-November meeting to introduce ourselves to each other and figure out when everybody's free for write-ins and stuff!
And of course if there are any other collegiate NaNoers in the area, depending on where we do write-ins, you're free to join us on campus and NaNo with us when we all should probably be studying :-)
