It's wet and cold here. And cold. And wet. Wish I was there!

Yeah? I ended up heading back after UHM went south, but...I miss being able to wear shorts! (Though I don't miss the lack of car.) I'm shivering in Lake Forest Park right now. Oh heat. I'm sorry I left you.

....

But on the bright side: I can mooch off of my region and not get my ass handed to me by New Zealand this year.

So you ended up going home? Good to hear from you, sorry it's so cold though. Don't let your fingers freeze while they are frantically typing out your 50k words. :D

I'll be sure to put up 'I'm freezing and it's wet here' inspirational posters to encourage you lot to type, type, type. Good writers get balmy weather: bad writers get Seattle.

But no, originally I was scheduled to be in Roseburg, Oregon, for a job...like, now. But that got pushed back to December. So I get to mooch off of the ducks of Seattle for wordcount this year!

You are left but not forgotten.

Keep scribbling.

Aw, well we'll miss having you here Tyche, but good to hear you're doing well. Just remember, keep moving, and you won't freeze to one spot. Although if you have to, just keep your fingers moving so you can at least type! ^_~ Look forwad to hearing from you and how your region is doing!

Damn straight you should be missing me! My idea's horrible! Yet oddly compelling. Like a circus trainwreck with rampaging elephants and dancing clowns. There is a reason I'm looking for bad elf pick-up lines this year, after all.

I am from Spokane (although in Oahu right now). Not as wet (until the snow comes) but certainly as cold. I hope that the wet and cold inspire you and that you make your goals!
