So any one have a good webcomic they like to read? I personally keep track of three, Sheldon, the story of a ten year old software bilionare: http://www.sheldoncomics.com Unshelved, a comic about library's and librarians http://www.unshelved.com and Chasing the sunset, the story of two elves on a mission to find another missing elf! http://www.fantasycomic.com

on the last one (Chasing the sunset) I strongly suggest that if you like it at all you should start at the first comic and read back up to the current one, starting right now would be kind of confusing.

So, anyone have one they like to read?

Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal is a hilarious, one-panel webcomic that's updated pretty frequently. The humor is pretty twisted usually; be warned.

Least I Could Do is a popular webcomic I hadn't found until recently, with much lighter, though often irreverent humor. Main characters are all guys, and there are lots of jokes/comments about sexy women, so don't read if you're easily offended. There's also an often touching storyline about the main character's friendship/uncle relationship with his young niece, so don't get the wrong impression that it's dumb humor.

Basic Instructions is pure sarcastic hilarity for the modern young-to-middle-aged professional. Lots of jokes about office life, but also plenty of relationship / interaction-with-society strips.

Enjoy!

Oy! My post got deleted in the crash!

I read:

1. Sluggy Freelance
2. Evil, Inc
3. Questionable Content
4. Sinfest
5. Dresden Codak
6. Jetpacks and Time Machines
7. The Book of Biff
8. Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal
9. Ozy and Millie
10. Least I could do
11. XKCD

In addition, my webcomics obsession extends to real life. I have four degus, all named after webcomic characters: Aylee (Sluggy), Hob (Dresden Codak), Pintsize (QC), and Argus (the now-defunct classic Greystone Inn).

Ooo, absolutely! A couple of other great but rarely updated comics:

PartiallyClips - Sarcastic, foul-mouthed humor. If you don't like dead baby jokes, you won't like some of its more extreme humor.

Gone With the Blastwave - Nifty post-apocalyptic narrative, with morbid soldier humor. The latest strip isn't how the character's normally look, just the artist paying homage to another game.

It would take me way too long to list all the comics I read, so I'll just put down my favourites,
Khaos Komix
Cyanide and Happiness
Penny Arcade (which I can't believe hasn't been mentioned yet)
Gunnerkrigg Court
Little Gamers
Three Panel Soul
AppleGeeks
Star Cross'd Destiny
Blue and Blond
Easy Skankin'
Geist Panik
F@NBOY$

And those are my favourites. CAD, Dominic Deegan, SMBC, QC and LFG too, but those have been mentioned. Oh, and VG Cats. Definitely VG Cats.

Girl Genius-- Europe (and the rest of the world, really) is run by old-school mad scientists. The kind who say "MWAHAHA!" when they get excited and have this insatiable need to incorporate death rays into everything. Well-developed characters, an exciting world, and the kind of intricate storyline that induces people to Archive Binge for two days straight. Also, gorgeously intricate art with a million little background jokes.

Shi Long Pang-- The most adorable little Shaolin monk in history and how the universe tortures him. Historically accurate to 17th-century China (well, as accurate as you can get about a Shaolin temple) and prone to making anyone with a pulse go 'Awww'.

I also read Penny Arcade and PvP Online.

I also read Looking for Group, which is loosely based of World of Warcraft, but bring in some other fantasy elements from D&D and the like.

Most regularly, I read Penny Arcade.

I also keep up with End Boss Comic, a brand new webcomic that just came on the scene a few months ago. Since it's new, the art is still in an experimental stage, but I think it's got a lot of potential. It's mainly targeted at the gaming crowd. The one on 'Catertainment' is my favorite...!

Currently I am reading The Way to Your Heart, Phoenix Requiem, and all the things in my SmackJeeves favorites. Everything else I was reading I got behind on because I forgot to check for updates.

I'm also writing a webcomic if anyone is interested. It's a boy's love comic and is the topic of my NaNo this year.

www.punkcomplex.smackjeeves.com

I swear the pages get better after the first few.

My recent new favorite has been http://www.phdcomics.com/comics.php Ph.D - Piled Higher and Deeper, tales from Stanford grad school. Strangely enough, it's actually highly motivating for my academic pursuits, but I think that says more about me than it does about the comic.
