It's that time to start planning our Kick off party.

Please vote on which date works best for you and suggest a place.

Last year we met at a private residence. Prior to that, for 2 years in a roll, we held our Kick-off party at Pirate's Pizza in Reno. They were very welcoming to our group of about 13-15 people each time we showed.

Ooo!!! Last year I didn't go to any of the meetings. I'm 14 (15 on the 14th) and I lived way out in Spanish Springs, so I couldn't go to any of the meetings. But I plan to go to the weekend ones this year, so I can get the full experince of NaNoWriMo and hopefully win this year. Now that I live with my mom in SUn Valley, I get to do more stuff. yay!!!

Ummmm...... I'm good on all those days. the 18th and 25th might be better. I like that coffee house downtown near the river. I think it's called Dreamer's coffee house??? That'd be really cool!

Can barnes and noble bne oone of the places we meet? i don't know if they'd allow it, maybe one of you know. It kinda makes sense to write a book in a bookstore, you know?

18/19 would be better for me, and a place like Pirate's would be good. Kind of central-ish, to lure Carson types.

10-18 or 25 works for me. Any problem with one small child, though?

I can make any day as long as we can meet in the evenings-after 6 pm. If not, I guess I will have to wait until we have write-ins.
