Anyone going to NU? Or the little college next to NU whose name I can't remember right now but I know it starts with a W?

I have gaps during my day, and it'd be fun to have somewhere to go for them that isn't the WVH computer lab. Anyone up for anything once November hits?

I don't know about the "W" school, but I work at NU, so I'd totally be down for some in-school Nano-ing.

By the by, Snell Library's got some great group study rooms that would be perfect. Just sayin'.

I'm not at NU, but I live quite near. I'm up for a few mid day write-ins as my schedule permits. This year I'm a first semester full-time grad student at Emerson and working part-time, so I'm still undecided whether I'll try to write the 50k. I definitely will set some sort of NaNo-ish goal if I can't do the whole 50k.

Are you thinking of Wentworth? :D

I don't go there, but I pass it everyday.

I'm an NE student and I too find myself in the CS lab during the large breaks I have on mondays wednesdays and thursdays. I'd totally be up for doing something in the area.

I'm on co-op and live off campus, but I'd been down for schlepping over and doing some things here in there with the NEU crew.

I second the group study room idea. Also, the starbucks in the CSC is very large and good for writing.

I go to NU. I also have gaps in during the day, and last year I switched up writing in both Snell Library and Snell Engineering Computer Labs. The Engineering building seems more quiet, but sometimes classes are in there. I like how Curry turned out looking after the makeover, I think I'll be stopping there this year.

Oh man, I spend enough time in the engineering building as it is- seeing as some wise person decided to have all of the programs I need for classes only installed on computers there. awesome. but I second Curry- I love what they did w/it. What're everyone's day schedules like?

Well, I'm at work for 10-6, but I usually go on an hour lunch about 2. But my best bet will be after 6 during the week.

After 6 works for me as well. Also, I'm a big fan of writing at night. So late-nights in the library would be fun for me too.
