It looks like we are going to try to meet on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays each week from 6pm-9/10pm, with optional meet-ups if time permits. I'd like to do one get together on Oct 28th as kind of a brain storm/getting to know/exchange information for everyone before we all sit down and commence something so intimate as writing with one another. Then towards the end we will play it by ear to see howeveryone is doing and if we need to have a meet up for a final push for the 50k.
Let me know what you think of that. As for places- I'm thinking Edwardsville St. Louis Bread Co, my house, Starbucks in Edwardsville, Denny's in Glen Carbon or St. Louis Bread Co in Alton. It will change depending on everyone's availibilty. (PS. All those places have free Wi-Fi.)

I will be there at the Launch Party on the 28th. These meet-ups will be a great help for me since it's my first year participating and I know I'll need some helpful shoving on occasion.
I'm looking forward to meet other NaNoers in this area! I live in the Edwardsville area, but wouldn't mind occasionally driving to Alton. I like the one week in one city, the next week in the other idea. My car's gas tank would thank you.

Lostieborden is apparenttly our ML for Madison Co area and will be handling everything. That's all well and good, but LostieBorden hasn't made a post yet and we already had the schedule and locations worked out. Even a kick off meet up! I can't go to these other meet up locations due to gas being so expensive. As a first time writer, I was looking forward to meeting approximately two times a week to keep me on track and writing!

It was totally great to meet you all! I think there were seven or eight, and I loved hearing about everyone's novels :D I'm totally pumped now, especially since I've got tons of new plot ideas from Lauren and Rita (I think that's your name. . .
