I'm in Little Elm!

I work in Denton and will be doing some stuff there as well, but I'm always game for a weekend/evening write-in at Starbucks!

Hey Little Elm, Frisco folks. Some of the Plano folks are doing a write-in at the new bookstore in NW Plano -- it would be an easy drive from Little Elm (I'm actually up in Aubrey) straight down the tollway. The store is called Legacy Books, its on the NE corner or Legacy and the Tollway (actually, on the tollway service road going north is the easiest entrance). It's behind the Williams Sonoma. It's a great place to write - large tables with lots of plugs for laptops. See details in the "Plano" forum. Monday night 6 (ish) to 9:30 or 10:00

I'm in Frisco. =) I'm in high school, actually. Wakeland High School. =)

I see there's an IKEA write-in every Wednesday... anyone doing anything else besides that thing at Legacy Books?

I can be up for both Monday and Wednesday, if you guys want another Frisco citizen to join you. I've been looking for an excuse to go to that new bookstore on Legacy. (Especially since the corporate masters closed my favorite Starbucks off Warren) I can try for 6PM, barring any emergencies from work.

Are there plugs in the Ikea? And will they look at me funny if I drink about a gallon of that Lidenberry stuff.

Oh, I live right by the Target on Legacy, so I can pretty much walk there, and there's a Starbucks inside. It's roughly a mile. Or I can drive, if I'm lazy. =P

Umm... plugs, I don't know. And as long as you pay for it, they don't care. I prefer the elderberry juice myself. I think it might be the same thing, just a different translation. It's made from a flower, yes?

My step-dad is Swedish, so we have all that stuff in our pantry. Have you tried Daim candy?

And let me go check the times on the Legacy bookstore thing, and see if I can make any of them.

EDIT: Wow, I just realized how scattered that sounded. Sorry, lack of sleep. Forgive me. =P

(x-posted to Plano Thread)

Anyone interested in a morning write-in this weekend?
I've got stuff both afternoons this weekend, but would love to get a couple hours of solid novelling in.

IKEA does not have very many plugs, but it is a good place to write. I generally use pencil and paper as I do not have a laptop computer and take my scribblings home to put into the computer.(Life has been really hectic lately so I have about 50 pages of written manuscript but only about 1500 words in the computer.)

I'm up for Legacy Books, now that I know where it is. I currently am proposing a write-in on Saturday afternoon about 1pm to 4pm at IKEA for anyone who wants/needs an impetus. So far as mornings are concerned, anything about 7 or 8 am?
