I thought I would point you all towards a fun thing happening with NaNo this year. Viddler.com has a group for NaNoWriMo where we are vlogging (video blogging) about our novels.
All you need is a webcam, a microphone, and the desire to put yourself out there. It's a lot of fun, and even if you don't post, I recommend you check out the videos!

Awesome, I just got my laptop this year and it has an integrated webcam! I might join in on the vlogging. Who knows.
