I found this a great game on another writing forum, and a fun way to explore your characters.

You think of your MC, and answer the question presented by the person above you, then ask a question for the next person to answer.

So, my question is

Would your character ever go skydiving (or an equivalent for their time)?

My MC would definitely not enter a drinking contest. Her contests usually involve fighting and she's far too humourless to take part in something like that. She also doesn't really drink. :)

If your character came across a turtle on its back, would he/she flip it back up the right way?

It's like a social group - "The Top Hat Werewolves". They hang out at the club my novel is set at, and basically use their charm to sleep with women. They all wear top hats; the leader, the original "Top Hat Werewolf" wears a lime-green one. (my cousin, coincidentally, loves lime-green hats, but this was writtten about 2 years before I knew that.)

Would your character ever see a right way up turtle and put it upside down for fun :P

Considering my characters been made to feel inferior her whole life - she would never do something as nasty as turning a turtle upside down for fun (this is a good metaphor for how her brother has treated her all her life!) I also doubt that she would ever have seen a turtle, much less come across one.

Would you character ever kiss someone just for fun?

suprisingly no. Theyre both rough and tumble, love to take a risk, go party, etc, but both of them have had bad experiences when it comes to the sexual, so neither would dare.

Yes. London would definitely. She's a serial killer, but the kind who keeps scrapbooks. She'd have pictures and clippings of things that amused her, or things about her victims. She'd also have lots of photos of her husband and children, especially the baby that got taken away from them.

Not a diary, but definitely a memento book.

Yes. If she sets out to kill someone, it is pretty much always plotted - she takes her work quite seriously. But because she's an assassin who has aspirations of being a bounty hunter, she would prefer to take them alive if possible. People aren't always cooperative in that, though.

Would your character ever set out to exact cold, hard revenge? And would he/she have the nerve to see it all the way through to the end?

No, she has extremely high morals, but come to think of it extreme situations could bring out unlikely behaviour.

No, too busy with the wizarding,

What would be your character's single greatest regret? If they don't have one, what would be something that they would regret doing/not doing?

Ohoh! Nina's greatest regret is not becoming immortal (and eternally same aged) before her hair started turning grey. Now she just has this one bit of grey hair right there..!

Would your character ever get a tattoo for no reason whatsoever and then invent something deep and meaningful to tell people about it?

Sadly, no. She doesn't tend to do things 'for no reason' (Miss Spontaneity she is not), and she wouldn't want something as identifiable as a tattoo (makes the sneakysneaky more difficult). She has enough scars on her skin and stains on her soul to tell stories about that she doesn't need any other excuses. If you're really lucky, she'll go all deep and meaningful by channeling her sensei.

On the other hand, I do have a character who is a tattoo artist kicking around. It's hard to stop her from drawing on people - ink, henna, marker pens. She doesn't tend to bother with the 'deep and meaningful', though; 'I felt like it' is enough excuse for her. ;)

Would your character ever willingly take the blame for something he/she didn't do?
