Anyone here in University doing NaNoWriMo? More specifically, University of Winnipeg?
I am! Anyone want to do some "write ins" at the Uni around classes and whatnot?
I need some encouragement to do this - especially with all the exams and tests in November!

Heyhey I'm at Udubs this year, first-year sciency stuff. November definitely is going to be a crazy month. There's gotta be more than three uni students doing this... If we could get a crew together UW write-ins would be sweet

I agree -- getting a crew of UW students to do some of our own write-ins WOULD rock.

UDub alumni... does that count??? I finished last year. Though in truth I graduated the year before (graduate sget precidence in course selection...who know) I managed my first year of NanoWrimo in my last heavyy year of school... It can be done! This year I can't make write ins (Martial arts training from 7-9 Thursdays) but I might randomly show up to a write in at the Uni if one is planned as I know where all the good free parking is ^.^

I'm at the U of W also. And totally up for writing sessions, depending on times and the like. Mainly Tuesdays, because I have this wonderful 2-3 hour gap of nothingness between 11ish and 2ish.

Another U of W alumni here (although I have been thinking about going back for more courses (I regret not submitting pieces to the journal there when I had the chance)... but I shudder at the thought of having to do essays again).
