Last year an Askville Forum was created; this year I used the link that was formerly good and I get "Page not Found" message. I checked through all the Forums and I can't locate the Askville Forum. Does it have to be created yearly? Thanks

Yes, we archive off all conversations in the forums each year.
You'll need to create a new thread in the Clubs & Groups forum for this year. A fresh start for everyone!

Just a minor correction: I believe you're looking for a thread, not a forum. :) Forums are the things like "writing groups and clubs"... threads are the conversations within those forums. :)
And yes, as Cybele noted, we archived last years topics and wiped everything to start fresh. When they're ready, we'll be providing the 2007 archived forum for browsing, so you can see past topics.
