Reading through posts in this forum in the past 5 minutes I've seen at least a dozen Firefly/Serenity references. This is truly a wonderful community. Glad not to be the only one desperately, passionately in love with Joss Whedon's work.

Get your prairie harpy off my boat, and put us back in the air.
there were a few episodes that I could see a producer/sponsor just not grokking though... not necessarily for prime time.
love Kaylee though.
and not enough episodes to see River go all badass on the baddies

Joss Whedon is basically the best ever. I'm such a huge fan of his - I don't think I can count the number of times I've seen "Objects in Space" or "Safe". I'm really excited to see his new television show, Dollhouse, in January.

Watching Summer Glau be all badass on Sarah Connor Chronicles just isn't the same as watching River kick ass in "War Stories."

*ponders whether or not to admit that she might have made the 9 hour drive if she had heard about the scholarly conference before the day it started*
Yeah, you've gotta love the man's comic timing.
...or maybe it's the dialog. ...or the feminism.
Or maybe it's just the big d*** heroes.

I named one of my cats after River...
Seriously it was one of the best shows on tv, if it had been on another network with more money in the budget for advertising I'm sure it wouldn't have been canceled.
