If the ML can put these on the calendar, we'd appreciate it!!

Kick-off Write-In: Sunday, November 1st, 5-8 p.m., St. Louis BreadCo. on Lindbergh at Watson (Sunset Hills) - 10470 Sunset Plaza.

Wednesday, November 4 Write-In: Wired Coffee, 3860 South Lindbergh just half a mile south of Watson Road. 3:30 to 8 p.m.

We will write every Wednesday in November, but the location will be determined after our first day at Wired Coffee (we've never tried a write-in there before).

Stay tuned!

Please keep in mind that each user CAN EDIT their own post. I edited the date for you and I will put it on the calendar. In the future please NaNoMail me with calendar changes--it's easier for me to catch the dates.

Also remember that you fine SoCo people are not that far from the official Sunday meetings in Clayton or write-ins at my house (not far away from the Sunday location), and those will be the only place where you can get NaNo goodies. I would appreciate it if you made the effort to join us. I know that my house write-ins are on the same day as yours at the coffeehouse, but I can guarantee that the temperature in my house will be at your comfort level ;)

I really hope that you can make it to an official meeting, if for nothing else but to meet your fellow StL Wrimos.

Wow, the Wired Coffee place looks really neat. And they have gelato! In winter! Damn..... But they have a huge list of other stuff too.

Would love to make it to Clayton, but I have transportation and time issues. Clayton is a good hour from my house, with all the road construction and etc., and we have two drivers and one car and lots of conflicting work/social schedules. I carve out what I can for write-ins, but if I spend an hour driving somewhere, that's an hour I can't write, so I opt for close whenever possible. Just as I don't expect someone from Florissant to drive to South County for a write-in, I hope no one expects those of us with limitations to drive further than we are comfortable/can afford to drive for a write-in, either.

In other words, it isn't that we don't like you, it's that we can't do it. :)

I may try to make a Crestwood write-in, just to meet the rest of the St Louis area Wrimos, but I'm driving in from Columbia this year and want to make as many of the official write-ins as possible. I guess next year I'll officially be a Columbia Wrimo :( This year though I'm sticking with the home team one more time. I hope everyone will try to make it at least to the kickoff or the first official meeting for the goodies and so we're all in one place at least once before the end of the month.

I really do want to make a Crestwood write in if I can, but driving all the way from Columbia I want to do as much with the official write ins as possible. :)

Wednesdays are rough for me this year, but I'll try to catch the tail end of a write in or two.

Note: Borders in Sunset Hills has free WiFi now. :)

I had a series of disasters over the last couple of days, and I need to catch up on my writing! I was thinking of going to the BreadCo. in either Fenton or Arnold this evening. Does anyone wish to join me? I'm willing to go elsewhere if it's easier.

I was thinking about going to early part of the the SoCo write-in tomorrow, but just wanted to check the location. Is it at Wired Coffee or at Sunset Hills Bread Co.?

Wired Coffee. (Look for the Massage Envy, it's easier to see from the street.)

I'll be there about 4:15, soon as I get out of work. I think Lily gets there about 3:30ish.
